If you want an unconditional offer letter on the first try, all the requirements should be followed. Here is a checklist of important documents you should submit to receive an unconditional offer letter:

  • Should have a degree in a minimum 4-year program
  • Should meet the IELTS score requirements as per the program you are applying for
  • Should have a letter of recommendation
  • Should pass one or more courses or modules with minimum marks stated by the university
  • Submit official transcript and graduation degree from the current course
  • Pay the required fees before the deadline
  • Should submit Statement of Purpose
  • Submit necessary exam scores like GMAT, GAMSAT, GRE etc. (depending on the course you are applying to)
  • Attach your birth certificate and copy of your passport

  • Ask them to postpone your entry for the next year by stating a valid reason

Documents required for a postgraduate course in a UK university

Postgraduate students need to submit the following documents to receive an unconditional offer letter:

  • Submit the application form in the required format
  • 10th, 12th and graduate degree transcripts
  • English language proficiency test score with band 6.0 or higher (or depending on the test like Duolingo, IELTS Academic, C1 Advanced etc)
  • Medium of instruction certificate
  • Birth certificate and passport
  • Letter of recommendation
  • Statement of Purpose
  • CV/ Resume 
  • Research proposal (if needed) 
  • Other entrance score exams in the respective field (like GMAT, GRE, GAMSAT etc).
