A learner’s holistic development throughout their education journey is of prime importance to us at 21K World School. Our approach is simple; we offer our learner and their family the support and guidance that could help them reach their unique goals and needs. Through our diverse student body, we connect each learner and family with a counsellor who will help them understand their pathway to success beyond graduation from 21K.
Under the Career Pathways programme, we provide our learners with Career Counselling, Academic Support and assistance for University Admissions to pursue Graduate Programmes. We support them in their admission process at some world’s renowned universities. We also offer them different skill enhancement programs which help them succeed in their career.

Counsellors at 21K World School are certified professionals and committed to offering up-to-date university and career guidance, which helps our learner understand their needs and the right way to approach them. As one of the professional organisations in the field, our counsellors regularly attend counselling conferences to learn, develop, and lead within the industry. We take pride in our highest ethical standards of counselling that ensure that our learners are taken care of and our approach is committed to the principles of integrity, transparency, and student well-being.
How is this possible? While offering academic advice, our counsellor is well aware of the learner and his/her academic performance. This is made possible due to the strong partnership between our counsellors and facilitators.
One of 21K's many features is our robust admissions programme. As the part of Career Pathways Programme, we’ve worked with countless learners from all over the world to help them find their place within some of the best institutions for higher learning.
No learner is born with a single path to success. At 21K, our goal is to equip each learner with the tools and skills to be the “architects” of their own lives and development. This is made possible through exposure to as many possible careers and pathways as possible. Once they are confident in what they want to do, our counsellors work dedicatedly to help them achieve their dreams.
A diverse and global network of learners means countless opportunities to engage, explore, and cooperate with fellow learners from all around the world. This also allows the learner to explore unique learning opportunities in different countries.
To best meet the needs of our learners, our Careers Pathway Programme offer guidance in the following ways, maximizing flexibility and allowing learners to progress at their own pace while still receiving personalised attention and support.
Individualised, one-on-one meetings for our learners form the backbone of our Careers Pathway Programme. Direct interaction with learners to design a personalised growth plan and discuss the most pertinent issues helps us give our learners the best opportunity to grow and excel.
Live Group classes are for those learners who are not sure about the one-on-one meeting. Our counsellors offer general university admissions, academic advising, and career guidance-related advice on live group classes.
Another advantage of our Career Pathways Programme is that the learners can benefit from the wealth of information contained within our video content library. The video content provides in-depth instruction on various aspects of the university admissions process.
21K School Counsellors are always accessible through Slack groups and our 21K World School Community to answer questions.
